Distance Sales Contract

This contract regulates the remote sales transactions between DTF NOLA and the customer. The rights and obligations specified in the contract cover all transactions conducted through e-commerce.

Product Delivery: Your orders will be delivered to the specified address within the designated delivery period. Products must be checked upon delivery.

Right of Withdrawal: Due to the customization of products with images uploaded by the customer, there is no right of withdrawal or return for these products. Customized products cannot be canceled.
