How local pickup works

Order online. Pick up in Metairie.

Four steps from your file to finished transfers, without waiting on a delivery.

  1. Pick how you’ll order

Have separate designs? Order by size: upload PNG, JPG or JPEG files, set each size and quantity, and our AI lays them out for printing. Already arranged everything? Upload your gang sheet as a print-ready PNG.

  2. Beat the cut-off

For same-day pickup, place standard DTF orders by 3:00 PM Monday–Friday or 2:00 PM Saturday (CT). Glitter DTF closes at 2:00 PM and is printed in an end-of-day batch.

  3. We print and check it

Your transfers are printed in our Metairie shop, and each one is checked before it goes out. Standard DTF is usually ready in 2–3 hours.

  4. Swing by and pick up

Collect your order during shop hours. Need blanks too? Tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, youth sizes and tumblers are stocked in store, so one trip covers it.

Pickup times are typical estimates, not guarantees. Same-day pickup depends on print-ready artwork, production capacity and order confirmation.

Every transfer is printed with a white underbase, so colors stay bright on black and other dark garments, on cotton, polyester and blends.

Local pickup FAQ

Questions from New Orleans customers.

Is the Metairie shop your only location?

Yes. Every pickup order is printed and collected at 4730 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, LA 70006. We don’t have other branches; customers across the New Orleans area pick up here or choose shipping.

Can I order from New Orleans and pick up in Metairie the same day?

Yes. Order standard DTF online by 3:00 PM Monday–Friday or 2:00 PM Saturday (CT), and it’s usually ready in 2–3 hours. You can place the order from anywhere and drive over when it’s time to collect.

What can push a same-day order to the next day?

Ordering after the cut-off, artwork that isn’t print-ready, very large orders on busy days, and glitter DTF, which is printed in an end-of-day batch. Sending final files early is the simplest way to stay on schedule.

How early should I order for Carnival season or a big event?

Same-day pickup works when you beat the cut-off with print-ready files. For parades, festivals and large events, ordering a day or two early leaves room to fix artwork and avoids the end-of-day rush.

Which finish works best for parade and event shirts?

Standard DTF fits most shirts and is the quickest option, usually ready in 2–3 hours. Glitter DTF adds sparkle but has a 2:00 PM cut-off and is printed at the end of the day. For cups, tumblers and other hard surfaces, choose UV DTF stickers. You choose the finish when you place your order.

Do bulk discounts apply to pickup orders?

Yes. Discounts are based on your cart total and applied automatically: 10% from $20, 20% from $40, 30% from $100, 35% from $250 and 40% from $500. No coupon code is needed.

Can I buy blank shirts when I pick up my transfers?

Yes. The shop stocks blank tees, oversize tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, youth and toddler sizes, onesies, aprons and football jerseys, plus tumblers and mugs. Colors and sizes vary, so check what’s on the shelf when you visit.

I can’t get to Metairie. Can you ship my order?

Yes. Choose shipping at checkout and we’ll send your transfers anywhere in the U.S. Shipping is free on orders over $75.
